Find an answer
How do I start a project?
Use Meet Idris for a short guest text conversation, or log in to the workspace. Tell Idris about your business and the website you need. More detail about your goals, audience and preferences helps shape the result.
How do I get back to my work?
Log in with your Hey Idris email and password. Open Saved projects from the workspace or the footer of this site. Projects are associated with that account.
How do website revisions work?
Open the latest preview, discuss the changes with Idris, and review the revision plan. Approve that plan to start the next build. Check the resulting pages before publishing.
What should I do if a build fails?
Your previous saved preview remains available. Note the build reference, stage and error message. If Continue saved draft is offered, it can reuse saved work; remaining generation may still use AI. Avoid starting another build while one is running.
Why is a photo missing?
Check the photo assignment in your project: page, use and item mapping all matter. A logo, gallery photo and product photo serve different roles. Confirm the intended placement with Idris and review the next saved version.
Does a shop website take payments?
The current commerce flow collects order requests. It does not take payments or confirm delivery. Review product, fulfilment and request settings before sharing a website.
Can I use my own domain?
The workspace includes a launch guide and downloadable website files. A custom domain requires the appropriate hosting and DNS setup. Buying a domain alone does not connect it to a generated website.
Is this an AI support chat?
This page is a help guide, not an AI support conversation. Dedicated AI support and a human support handoff are still being developed. Idris in your project can help clarify the project brief and requested changes.
